Medina is considered the second most sacred place of Muslims and it is located in the Hejaz region in the west part of Saudi Arabia. It is a very important part of early Muslim history because the Mosque of the Prophet is there and it is also the place where Prophet Muhammad was buried. Aside from the Mosque of the Prophet, it is also a home for other mosques that are very important in the Muslim history. It was also the same site where Prophet Muhammad used to live. Medina was portrayed in early Muslim history as a place of the prophet Muhammad and the place where he invited his followers to be converted in the religion of Islam. It is a place of refuge and a symbol of peace and unity for many Muslims in the world. It is the place where many aspects of the Muslim era originated. Medina is also portrayed as a place of refuge. For me, this was possible because he is a holy man and he can do many things with the help of God or Allah because he has special gifts given to him and one of them is the power to unify people. That is also the reason why Muslims that time decided to live together to be unified. They started to do it in Medina with the help of Prophet Muhammad. He became a leader in that place both religiously and politically. The people there looked up to him as the leader so he acted like a governor in that place that time. For many years, it became the most important place for Muslims.
