Michael Jackson was an inspirational dancer and the legend of the music industry! He was a song writer, a artist, but despite his fame and wealth, he had a very troubled life. Here I will tell you everything about how Michael Jackson 's fame rose and fell. From his early days as the lead singer in his family band called the Jackson Five, they made 20 albums until 1984. Even though Michael had a solo career and he became a hit in 1972 he still was in his family band. His father pushed him and his brothers, so hard that if they didn 't do well there father would start to get violent. Despite this, Jackson 's father had faith that they would become a hit. Michael Jackson was born on August 29 in 1958 and was a gifted child. His father believed that Michael and his brothers had talent and he put them all in a band called the Jackson 5. Michael was only 5 years old at the time. The Jackson 5 worked as the opening act for R&B artists like Gladys Knight and the Pips. In 1969 the Jackson 5 had the attention of the Motown founder, Berry Gordy, who was impressed by them and had them signed to his label. Some time after the signing, the Jackson 5 moved to LA. Gordy and Diana Ross of the Supremes, aloud the Jackson 's to lived with them. In August of 1969, the Jackson 5 was met first hand to the music industry and seen what it was all about. So after, the Jackson 5 performed their opening act for the Supremes. In December of 1969, their very first album, “Diana Ross Presents the Jackson 5” was a big hit in the charts with their single “I Want You Back”
