Mindset by Carol Dweck is a psychosomatic inspection of two different mindsets; the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. In the book the author discusses how these different mindsets progress and the effect the mindsets have on our daily lives. The book goes into immense detail on how two different mindsets can be applied to all areas of life from school, work, relationships and parenting. After each chapter the book has primary questions and pointers on how you can grow your own mindset. The book goes into great detail on how mindsets can deviate for different areas of life. This book is a must-read that will help a person expand, grow and learn.
