Synopsis
Development of new products for any business activity are conceived each and every day and yet many new products fail to catch up in the market and this is due to poor launching. Effective market research ensures that launching a given product will actually hit the right buttons as expected by the consumer and also ensuring that the new product idea functions to address itself as well as meeting the desires of the targeted customers. This document addresses three consumer research studies in Tandem and which I recommend to Chris Plangger to consider going through before launching his new light beer product at the Mountain Man Beer Company.

This second part of the research study outlines the comparative analysis of the 6 main environmental forces and the five Porter’s forces in the New Coke by Coca Cola Company and the Super Shampoo Company. Similarities as well differences adopted by these two companies based on the two sets of forces have been outlined.
Common things between Macro Environmental Forces in New Coke by Coca Cola Company and the Super Shampoo Company
1. In both the New Coke by Coca Cola Company and the Super Shampoo Company environmental forces have been major determinant of success and without them, running of companies is not possible.
2. Both the Companies never operate independently but rather surrounded and operates in a very large context each with modules which must be all adhered to hence integration of these six environmental forces.
3. Political forces which include establishing good relations with the law, police, municipal councils and all other government agencies are common to both
