Mrs. Szczepkowski is a business/ technology teacher at Wilson Southern Middle School in Berks County, PA. She teaches all three grade levels about computer and internet usage, as well as business and career concepts as an elective course. Considering that technology has become much more accessible from inside of the classroom, the courses that she teach are rather new to the school district. Mrs. Szczepkowski began her college education in marketing and then decided to leave marketing and go back to college to pursue her career in education. It made the most sense to get a Business Ed. degree considering her previous education in marketing. “If I had my choice I would have wanted to be an art teacher but buisness required less years of college for what I already went,” says Mrs. Szczepkowski.
