MultiTech Interview Situation
a) 4 organizational Levels in a company
The organizational levels in a typical company include, top, middle, lower and operational management.
The top management is responsible for the development of strategic plans that defines the missions and goals of a company with the main focus on the issues that affect the future growth and survival of the company. The top management uses information technology to set the business course and direction and also to focus on the business enterprise.

This group relies on user productivity systems to carry out their duties and they include the team leaders and the supervisors. Their main duties are to coordinate operation tasks, make necessary decisions and consult knowledge management systems.
Operational management is where the systems are used to enter and receive data. There is need of information by this management group so as to enable them to handle tasks and in their decision making. Most of the duties performed at this level of management are assigned by the team leader or the supervisor.
b) Classification of companies based on a mix of products and services
Products and services are classified into two broad classes of consumer and industrial products. This classification is based on the consumer types.
Products develops new products that might lead to expansion and modification of new products to include, Onsought, shopping, convenience and industrial products together with capital items, materials, parts, supplies and services.These broadly defined products encompass market entities such as persons, places, experiences, organization and ideas.

b) The concepts describe in the proposed computer-to-computer relationship between Low-Voltage and TX Industries include the invoicing, shipping methods and computerized ordering. This will allow the two companies, Low-Voltage being the vendor and TX Industries being the customer, handle diligently the invoicing and billing together with the knowledge of the exact units being delivered.
c) Low-Voltage proposal is not a transaction processing system because the process merely ties Low-Voltage with an existing system in the passing of purchase data to the customers and by this proposal Low-Voltage have the ability to do calculations on the arrival of shipments and the time to pay the invoices.
