Imagine moving from a small catholic school to a bigger public high school. I got to experience this my 8th grade year through my freshmen year. Each year at Hermann High School I have gotten to experience something new each year. Going from St.George to Hermann High School has had a huge impact because it has shaped me to be the person I am today. Hermann High School has helped me be more social, come out of my shell, be a leader, manage my time better, and to have more self confidence.
Hermann High School was a big change for me my freshmen year. I walked into the high school my first day of high school and was as scared as a raccoon. I walked through the doors and was greeted by many people I knew and felt a sense of excitement and eagerness. It was such a new environment and a totally different group of people. It is probably the hardest year yet. I am taking online college classes like Psychology and Political Science, which can be very challenging and stressful. This has definitely challenged my time management skills. So far I have done very well in my college classes and I plan on continuing that. I have been trying to look at colleges online, so I can take a college visit. It is very important to me to find out which one is the best fit for me. I have created a folder for each college and I put everything in it that I need for that place. This helps me to be more organized and college ready. I’m looking for a college where I can hopefully play volleyball or basketball and get a degree in Physical Therapy. Along with all of this going on I am in charge of the prom decorations this year. I have been trying to get everything together so we are ready for the day we go up and decorate. This is a huge task that I have taken on and it has also give me lots of responsibilities to be in charge of. Up to now I have managed my time well and have became very
