My Leadership Philosophy

What do I do? How do I do it? Why do I do it? Reflects on me and my skills and how effective I am in accomplishing anything. If I am to lead I must first start on leading myself to the right path way in order to be a better leader. By, practicing methods of self-reflection that has a contribution on the way I lead helps me grow into an effective leader. Knowing my skills, my strengths and weaknesses, my values, and behavior allows me to become an influence to others. Having an understanding of how to perform in different leadership circumstances. I have to be self-aware to be an effective leader. This will be one of the key elements in my organization.

I’ll start with the ones I’m pursuing now. I choose to start this degree to help mold me into a great leader. So far this degree program has allowed me to gain a great deal of self- development. It has showed me how to analyzed myself as a leader in an organization. In completing the degree, I will be a leader who is beneficial to my organization. I will be a leader who is willing to consider leadership as a vocation, by using servant leadership to put my clients and everyone ahead of my personal gain. My second goal is to start volunteering at different chiropractic clinics to observe the different techniques of various doctors. I will gain one on one interactions with leaders and their performance. I will also learn how diversity comes together and improve within the workplace. My third goal is to apply and get accepted to Sherman College of Chiropractic. My fourth goal is to complete the program. My fifth goal is to complete the 4 section National Board of Chiropractic Exam and pass. My sixth goal is to apply and gain a residency in Sports Medicine. My seventh goal is to complete at least of 120 hours of postgraduate CCSP program in Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness and study for the exam. My eight goal is to take the board exam and pass the exam. My ninth goal is to gain a clinic and apply leading an organization, leading as vocation, leading others, and self-leadership
