I believe leadership is ability to influence, direct, and guide your followers to reach and accomplish a certain goal or vison. First, a leader cannot be a leader without followers.

In order to be a good leader, you need to be able to have the trust of the people you are influencing and motivating. This trust is not given to you, it is earned. Webster's Dictionary defines leadership as "the power or ability to lead other people," but in today’s scenario, for most people, there's a lot more to it than just that.
