Leadership
Personally, I understand that successful leaders acknowledge the fact that individuals, corporations, and even countries hold undiscovered talents and untapped potentials. This group of people pursues to unleash the full capabilities of their members to accomplish the highest results and reach greater heights (Northouse, 2017). Apparently, just because one is a leader, it doesn’t imply that every person wants to follow them. In fact, any person can take the role of leadership, but it doesn’t mean they earn respect, trust, and confidence of the followers. However, the positive thing is that almost every person can possess the critical skills to become a trustworthy and respected leader and those skills can continue to be developed and practiced every single day.

With this kind of leadership, I will look to my position and that of others in terms of roles and obligations instead of my status, and frequently consult with my members regarding any decision-making procedure. Again, as democratic leaders do according to Northouse (2017), I will value, solicit and acknowledge other individuals’ opinions, conduct adequate analysis to come up with the most productive decisions eventually. As a democratic leader, I will ensure that ideas move freely within the group and discussion are held by including every stakeholder (adopt the concept of inclusivity). In fact, every member will have a seat at the table and contribute towards the relevant topics of concern. Therefore, as a democratic leader, I will facilitate all the conversations introduced, encourage persons to share their minds and then together we synthesis and evaluate all the available information to put across the most practical
