In my opinion, we all have a desire and a want to feel needed. However, I think our entire being revolves around who we are as a individual as well as what our values are, which in turn is what keeps us going somewhat in a stable manner. My desire to be accepted goes far beyond feeling needed; it is a vital human desire we all share, and one that is imperative to our emotional health and wellbeing. We communicate with others by sharing and enjoying as a way to feel as well as exchange with others aspects of life. In my opinion, it is normal to need to feel like you are important, like you are an extremely rare part of a relationship and like others needs and wants you.

One must realize the importance of provoking change, on a consistent basis. For example, I can remember being over the Evangelism team at my local church. Due to I was actively working in a leadership role, were I endeavor to live a life of consistent obedience while absolutely giving myself as well as my abilities to those under my leadership. Even though this assignment can become overwhelming at time; yet I was determined to have faith and tenacity especially when situations seem overwhelming, frustrating, gloomy and depressing; I knew even then I had to give it my all. I have been assigned a specific division of this globe, with specific skills; individuals in which I would later meet; encounters I will have; places I will go; objectives I will obtain; which are all allotted to me with goal of transforming lives, and to leave them uniquely different from the state he or she was found.
