The Consequences of Rule Breaking shown in Matched Jealousy, love, betrayal, friendship problems, and rule breaking, these are all topics shown in the book Matched by Ally Condie. Matched tells the story of Cassia who has just found out her match is her best friend Xander, but that's when she notices Ky. Ky is a boy Cassia meets while hiking, that’s when she realizes she has feelings for him, when she really shouldn’t. That’s when the reader realizes the story’s use of rule breaking, that being in a society may make people break rules that they don’t want to. The author’s use of setting, symbolism, and repetition, shows the outliers of breaking rules and what to learn from them.
This model of professional development must be progressive and with a common career map for all NCOs. Focusing on the five lines of effort that are, military life cycle, education, assignment / experience, credentialing / experience and self-development. These lines of effort are focused on the tasks and missions that are link in establishing the operational and strategic conditions of the future. The development of future NCO will depend on how the leaders of the present will train in an institutional, operational and self-development way to the new generation. Responsibility and commitment is much greater because the war models have changed and have allowed the broadening assignments, operational assignment and professional assignment, in this way the combination of both generations will allow shared responsibility and stewardship for U.S.
According to Erford (2007), in Shia’s case the first step that a counselor should follow is to identify the problem. In Shia’s case, the problem appears to be that Shia presents with self-harming behavior. This appears to have been reported to a teacher by Shia. Based on the identified problem, and as Shia’s counselor I would make the approach to meet with Shia to follow up on the reported behavior. The conversation with Shia would initiate by providing inform consent and notifying Shia about confidentiality.
I have been stationed at both Fort Campbell, Tennesee and Fort Benning Gerorgia. As an NCO, I was held accountable for ensuring that there were adequate training aids to train soldiers so that the unit can maintain proficiency in certain areas. While many soldiers have creative ways of coming up with training aids, there are available resources at many Army instillations that provide suitable tools to assist in your training. Many soldiers are unaware of these resources, which was evident in my journey to find these assets. Observation: The Training Support Center (TSC) is a great place that provides training aids to support units in all their training activities; however, they are not well know across Army instillations.
I am interested in becoming part of the Caldwell University ABA program. The school has options of continuing education for the Doctorate Degree or Post-Master’s non-degree program. Caldwell University has its own ABA department, which provide services to individuals under the Spectrum since 2011. I was impressed with all the programs, publications and the qualified staff that the school has. Furthermore, psychology internships are offered to students in different areas within the school setting.

The NCDA Code of Ethics standard E.1.a explains the counselor’s responsibility in explaining the assessments purpose as well as the validity and reliability of the measure (NCDA, 2015). Before I administer the assessment, there are two aspects I need to make sure are functional, which are the environment and the technology. The ACA Code of Ethics, standard E.7.b explains how the counselor must provide an appropriate environment for clients when administering assessments (ACA, 2014). I will provide John with a therapeutic environment where he will feel comfortable in completing the assessment. The ACA Code of Ethics standard E.7.c discusses the counselor’s responsibility in making sure the technology is running and functioning properly in order to take the assessment.
2. As a Noncommissioned Officer a PT test failure is unacceptable, I am expected to lead by example. How can I expect subordinates to follow my guidance if I can’t uphold a set standard? This is an obstacle I now must, and will, overcome.
