During three years of studying in LACC my goal was to obtain an AA degree then transfer to the University of Northridge or Cal State LA. I am majoring in Accounting and have a GPA of 3.91. I keep myself occupied by studying and working at LACC at the same time. The experience that I am obtaining working at an academic field is simply amazing because I interact with people of various education levels and work experiences. I live with my mother and sister who has two kids and help her to take care of them.

What are your short and long term professional goals? While I am in the master program my short-term goals are to apply to certificate in nursing education (CNE), The certificate in nursing education is designed for individuals who seek to enhance their teaching skills and techniques in relation to the field of nursing since I am working as a clinical teaching assistant in nursing college this will be helpful. An essential part of the program is learning to recognize optimal educational outcomes and, once identified, being able to define and implement the strategies necessary to achieving them. I also plan to graduate from MSN by April 2018.
My future goals as a PHSC student first I would complete my associates degree in dental Hygiene program. Next, give back to the community. Last; a supportive wife and mother. My career goal is to become a HIM technicians because I believe that HIM is a great profession to get into it. And from working in a healthcare industry, I have already deal with technical part of my profession which is basically lab work. As working in a lab, it involves patient, codes diagnosis, and quality assurance codes which I have to apply on everyday tasks. Moreover, since I graduated from university, I always had passion to learn about the patient health care data, storage information, and processing information for the best of the patient. In addition HIM has lot of career benefits when it comes to medical health codes, diagnosis and HIPPA rules and regulations.
During my final months of high school, I read Hamlet by Shakespeare. Hamlet, a book full of displeasing misogynistic views, ironically inspired to excel in college. Shakespeare wrote Hamlet in a time period when women’s opportunities for professional work, education and ownership of property were extremely limited. After analyzing Hamlet, I came to believe that Shakespeare was before his time urging women to become powerful, respecting themselves mentally and physically. Therefore, in Hamlet, he made women the pawns of men’s corruption to demonstrate to women how pathetic it is for us to allow insignificant flaws and a patriarchal society lower our aspirations in life.

One of my most important lifetime goals is to become a CRNA. A CRNA is an advanced registered nurse who has a board certification in anesthesia. Becoming a CRNA is very hard work and requires a lot of dedication and experience. As long as I can remember, it has always been clear to me that I want a job in the medical field. As soon as I entered high school, I started taking all the “medical” and science classes, such as principles of health science, that were required in order to take a CNA program, which is a certified nursing assistant, during my senior year.
I am a senior in high school, and I have decided to continue my education by studying Nursing. My goals for the near future are to graduate high school at the top of my class, become a certified CNA, and start furthering my education, while still staying in my residential state. My goals for the not-so-near future are to become a certified RN, and continue on to become an LPN. Another goal is to eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. I have intentions to work at a teaching hospital as part of a post-graduate program.
Goal Statement Personal, Academic, and Professional Goals/Personal Qualities I have decided to pursue a Masters of Science degree in addiction counseling with a specialization in trauma and crisis counseling because, after 14 years in the classroom, I feel that there is a need to have teachers who are trained in this field to support students and school communities. While education is an ever-evolving field, I feel that I am at a point in my life, professionally and personally, where I am able to explore new paths to working with children.

In this essay, I will discuss a work-related goal that I want to achieve in the next 12 months, using the SMART framework to outline relevant details about each component of the goal-setting process.
In my understanding of theory of change, it is the way one is thinking behind a particular intervention and how that will bring about results. So with that in mind my personal theory of change would be to decrease the crime rate in Kansas City. This is my long term goal. Short term goals would include things like create jobs in Kansas City, help KC Public Schools get accreditation, clean up neighborhoods. These are a few but all these short term goals will increase moral, occupy time and attention, create self-worth; in hopes of the crime decreasing.
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. I plan on attending Purdue NorthWest majoring in engineering and minoring in business. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
