I feel that my Sigi^3 were accurate. My desired career is to be a neonatal nurse and my Sigi^3 results matched up to be a registered nurse. I thought my results would’ve came out differently, but it aligned exactly with my desired career. My Sigi^3 results helped me realize that nursing is the right career for me. My intended profession is an RN (registered nurse). RNs must maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions, record patients’ medical records and vital signs, monitor all aspects of patient care (including diet and physical activity), conduct specified laboratory tests, and so much more. Also, RNs must work on building trust with the patient and their families, but he/she must be sure to keep the relationship therapeutic and not get attached to their patient. An RNs work environment usually clean and busy, health care facilities and offices. RNs can also travel outside of their usual work environment. An RNs education can be obtained through three different entry routes: an ADN, BSN, or a nursing diploma from an accredited institution. All future nurses must pass a test, called the National Counsel Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), to become a licensed nurse. The abilities of an RN are: detail-oriented, organized, and have well-developed critical-thinking skills.
