I excel at understanding customer needs and motivations, and using this insight to tailor selling points, to understand potential obstacles, and to devise effective solutions. My greatest weakness has been the difficult I have in declining additional work assignments.

I am drawn to lists that have suggestions, tips, exercises, and suggestions on whatever topic I am interested in at the moment or need to learn about. This strength can help me succeed at GCU because I tend to enjoy talking to my classmates and professors about ideas, theories, and concepts to gather the latest thinking. It was not surprising to confirm my top five strengths because, in my work and social interactions, I find that I love relating with others and yearn to understand their situations and take them in that light. However, I am also a practical person who likes planning and looking at an issue from all perspectives. After doing these activities like reading to peers, recording myself read, and reading to children, I have learned a lot about myself. Some of my strengths about reading out loud to others is my tone. When I read to my peers, they also said that I used my tone well to help perceive the different events that happened in the book. Also, I could tell my tone was being used well when I read to the kids because they stayed focused on the book and the text within it. I talked to my peers about their experiences when they read to the children and they said that it was hard to get the kids attention.
After knowing what my weaknesses are, I usually try to solve them and improve my skills. For example, I’m not a highly flexible and positive person, so I seek out to individuals who are flexible and positive in their lives and ask for their advice. Another strength that I have is that I usually have a positive outlook of my improvement, because I have seen examples of those who overcome their hardships and become successful in life, so I believe that if I try hard enough, I will be able to overcome my weaknesses. I’m also confident with my listening skills and my ability to focus on others and make them feel heard. I like to start on works and projects early so that if anything comes up, I will still have time to handle it.
In my writing skills, I have many strong and weak points. The First one is my strengths. In the first place, I always make an outline before writing to brainstorm the ideas. It is an outstanding similarity to my life it even captures the strengths being so abrasive that they balance on the razor thin edge of being considered weaknesses. Even if I had the chance, I wouldn’t choose to add or take away anything from the description given to me by the 16 Personalities Test.
