Our team was hitting, we were up 5-1 and there were two outs. I looked at the line up and saw I wouldn’t be hitting after a while because I just hit. I went to the bench and took a sip of my water and put my hat and glove on. At the same time the kid up to bat got out. It was three outs I grabbed a ball and ran out to center-field and started playing catch with the right-field. The catcher called balls in I took the ball and threw it in to the kid sitting. The first kid struck out the first three pitches they threw the ball around and threw it to the pitcher. The next kid was different he fouled off two pitches in a row and two three balls straight the count was three and two. we had a runner on first when the third hitter came up. The runner on first stole second on the first pitch and was safe. There was 1 one out and a runner on second. The next batter came up he swung at the first pitch came and he whiffed. The next pitch came this time he hit a bullet on the ground right to me, I went and tried fielding it cleanly and throwing the runner out at home.Instead the ball wanted to be stubborn and hit the lip of the grass right when I was about to field and it popped up and hit me square in the eye. I felt my head aching and the peeled skin of my cheek. The ump called time and my coach ran out to center-field. I was on the ground in pain. My coach hurried me to the dugout and asked if I could see. I said I was fine and I was. My teammate’s mom is a doctor, so she came in with ice and a band-aid.She asked if I was able to play, I said I could hit, but not field. The rest of the inning was over by the time the parents left me alone. I was in the hole. The kid first at bat hit a triple. Then they walked the next kid to get to me. It was pretty insulting and stupid because early in the game I hit two triples and a home-run. The first pitch I ripped it down
