Executive Summary A feasibility study is a research carried out to examine the viability of an idea by determining whether it is doable, technically feasible, and economically justifiable. The New York Giants is one of the most valuable football teams in the NFC and is planning to expand its sporting activities into the Italian market. The team was one of the five teams when the NFC was formed and the only one still in existence. The Giants have amassed huge successes over the years with 9 championship trophies and 19 championship appearances. The feasibility study was carried out to examine the viability of the venture. The project was found to be economically viable with potential benefits far outweighing the costs. The market feasibility showed that the Italian market is large enough for the company to gain a huge support base and be profitable. Feasibility is an important element of business start-ups and eventual success, and so it is critical that entrepreneurs who are eager to grow take ample time to extensively and thoroughly research the feasibility of the new venture. Feasibility enhances the chances of success of the new business or project by ensuring that every aspect of the venture has been well-thought over. The present study focuses on the New York Giants, and American football team based in the metropolitan area of New York City and a member of the National Football Conference (NFC) eastern
