Nikola Tesla, a well-known and respected physicist, engineer, inventor, etc. is known for his scientific contributions that helped bring about developments in the radio, magnetic fields, and electricity. His work in Mechanical and electrical engineering, and physics won him recognition from some of the world’s most brilliant minds of his time, including Albert Einstein, and Thomas Edison. Time magazine even named Nikola Tesla, Man of the Year in 1932, with the caption, “All the World’s his power house”. This recognizing his work in electric power generation. Nevertheless, Tesla persisted forward. He was always asking his investors for additional financing, even when it seemed like he had asked for all he could. Even after his laboratory in New York City burned down in 1892, he was able to rebuild within a year, and he went back to working on his inventions.
