Nikola Tesla was a brilliant scientist and inventor who made advances on technologies like Radio, X-ray and Alternating Current electricity.
He was born in Serbia to Milutin Tesla and Duka Tesla. Milutin was an Orthodox priest and wanted to have Nikola become one to. While his mother is said to have been a farmer and a brilliant but uneducated, Tesla’s gives credit “that he got his eidetic memory and creative abilities to his mother's genetics and influence.

Tesla was a leading pioneer in AC electricity and developed dynamos and motors for that type of electricity.
George Westinghouse was a successful businessman because he was supplying AC electricity and made a contract to have Tesla work for him because that was one of his many leading areas.
When Tesla joined with Westinghouse it boosted the AC profits in the market and it became a threat to DC electricity and that led to the War of Currents.
Many in the DC business were worried that the AC electricity would make DC electric obsolete so they tried to increase electrical fear of AC.
Edison and a man named Harold Brown were on the DC team side while Tesla and Westinghouse were on the AC side of the argument.
With an AC electric motor that Tesla built it was installed and powered Niagara Falls for years.
Radio was also one of the things that Tesla was always experimenting and he would go onto send radio waves long distances and create a radio remote control boat that showed what radio waves could do on
