My personal strategic plan and career path will include a timeline of events that will highlight the accomplishments I plan to achieve within my future as a registered nurse. I plan for this timeline to begin with the completion of my college degree within the bachelor science degree in nursing. The timeline will also highlight life events that will occur in relation to my nursing career.

I plan to develop my role within the pediatrics unit in order to improve my skills and overall nursing experience. I have always had a passion for pediatric patients and plan to increase my achievements around this unit. My salary within this position will be $52.25 an hour. In this position my goals for care would be developed around the child with acknowledgement of the supportive families. Care plans would be focused around clustering care, being supportive, and allowing a child to be able to “be a kid”. I would make sure to involve myself in all aspects of care to identify the important qualities of every child’s needs.
Personally, I plan to have a supportive home environment. That includes my pets, children, and encouraging husband. I will make sure to be a supportive mother for my children by attending every sports game, school event, concert, and dance recital. I plan to be evolved with as many situations and opportunities my family has been offered and will plan to be flexible even if plans do not turn out the way I had
