Health care is very costly, but not having any is even more costly. The U.S. is always trying to make healthcare affordable. Affordable health care comes in package that tells you that the insurers will provide to pay for like the mint pay for majority of the medicine you need. Do to the unwanted Obamacare, Donald Trump is trying to create an improved form of Obamacare, but, it is hard because, Trump would rather just get rid of it and start new, but due to the laws that can not happen. The laws state that it can not be abolished, it can only be reformed. In the article “Ten Things Trumpcare Changes” it states that “under Obamacare, health insurers are prohibited from charging higher premiums for individuals with pre-existing conditions. Trumpcare allows states to obtain waivers to allow insurers to charge more for people with pre-existing conditions who have a gap in coverage.” but for those “states that do obtain the waiver, they will be given $8 billion for people with pre-existing conditions who don’t maintain continuous coverage. The legislation also provides $130 billion that states could use for this purpose, or for expanding coverage and reduce costs in other ways.” Also, the new bill will change “Obamacare limited insurers to charging older adults a maximum of three times the rates charged to younger adults, but with Trumpcare will raise the ratio limit from three to five.” So the new bill will change the cost people with pre-existing conditions will pay, but people with on and off coverage will have more coverage. Also, the bill will provide state with more money but the right to change their cover so people will have to pay
