For Employers Ohio Means Jobs gives them the opportunity to post jobs, view resumes, and find people with valuable skill sets that are relatable to the position available. On the Ohio Means Jobs website it states that it is an online career counselor. Users can plan their career. Search for jobs, build a resume, have their resume rated and reviewed, identify jobs and occupations that are in demand, and find out what education is necessary and required to obtain that job. There is a section specifically for students, veterans, budget calculating, online training, occupational search, and a link to create your own personal career profile. The website is a place for people to reference for career exploration, training, and jobs. This website enables people to explore careers and find training. It also has a section that offers a lot of pertinent information to help individuals find a job and provides a tool kit of research and resources. I think that this website would be a great reference site for counselors as it seems to present a lot of valuable information. I specifically like all of the information that it has about searching for a job and successfully applying for a position. There are tabs with resources pertaining to networking, job searching, interviewing and negotiating, resume and cover letter writing, and job search tips. I believe that this is all useful information that a counselor could use and present to students at their school to help better educate them on the process of searching for and landing their desired
