RunWayMe will operate a product base clothing online store for millennials 18-34 years of age. The operating model and procedures for the online store is explain in the following sections.
General Approach to Operation
Operating an online clothing store is a unique situation because there are no face to face contact with customer. It require excellent customer service and timely product delivery. It also requires extreme sensitivity to the fashion world and the latest trends in order to stay a breast to our customers needs and inventory. In a brick and mortar store customers are able to fit on the product, feel the texture of material, and know the exact color scheme. In this sense customers tend to make final purchases at brick and mortar, unlike online store where the potential of return based on the earlier challenges are high. Hence, providing detailed description of products is critical. Another challenge is security issue. Security of RunWayMe.com is crucial to establish trust and retention.

Staff Selection. The employees will be carefully selected. Along with the skills, they need to perform their jobs. The employees should be fashion driven, so that they can relate to our customers.
