For the Key Aspects of Operations, I will provide spreadsheets that will include the product processing and equipment. YourBestYOU has a strong demand for our products. Therefore, everything will be produced automatically. Starting out our staffing will be four employees. Three of our employees will be full time while one will be part-time. With remaining cost efficiency while offering the best of the best ingredients, we will be an easy catch for all ages male or female. Having a marketing team that has a strong knowledge of marketing is a plus. Three things that we made sure our marketing team could do is build content, able to generate leads and transform leads to sales. We currently have two computer systems that allow us to enter and keep track of all data. We also have computer upgrades available. With computer upgrades, this ensures the quality of our data. This too minimizes risk due to the fact YourBestYOU will stay with the proper updates and systems. This also is an advantage for YourBestYOU.
