I was contacted by Lisa Williamson from the Osan Girl Scouts about bringing our dogs over to assist the girls in getting their badges. I understand from Teka to you have been inquiring with the (Girl Scouts & perhaps the Boy Scouts) here to set up a troop visitation. Have you set up anything here yet and what are the requirements for the badges? Please let me know, are they for a badge they are making themselves or ones already in place such as a Pet Care Badge? What age groups are we looking at daisies, brownies, juniors, cadets or what? If we are going to be teaching to assist the girls in getting badges what the Scouts are looking for? I did go and speak with the Station Manager Mr. Mike Patton to see if we could accommodate their request and he granted the approval but was going to be speaking with John Savoie about it. Our program is an official ARC Program here at Camp Humphreys’s, supported by the Installation Command, Osan has no such PVP Program and we need permission for visitation.
