This includes working within policies and procedures, demonstrating a duty of care, practicing person-centred care, monitoring and observing individuals, reporting and recording any concerns, working in partnership with other professionals, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any concerns or issues through whistleblowing. One example of working within policies and procedures is ensuring that all care plans are up to date and followed correctly.
