These pains are unbearable! I want to give up! At that moment, I slapped myself hard and loud. How can I give up so easily? I vividly recalled a remorseful moment in my life, and it was an internship I went when I was a junior. I remembered myself failing to finish a job and abandoning the kindness that Li Shi had shared with me. I had already told myself that I would never give up easily, and I wouldn't allow it to happen again. During the summer, I worked as an intern in a company called Drawbridge Technologies. Drawbridge has a partnership with companies named Autodesk and Creaform. There are around twelve employees in Drawbridge who are specialized in providing technical supports for its customers. Therefore, as an intern in Drawbrige, I would have to learn how to use their softwares. During my first day of intern, I felt like a lonely, little ant since most employees were often busy at their works. Luckily, there was an employee, named Li Shi, was willing to help me in learning these complicated programs. Due to her assistance, I was able to use the programs professionally. “Hey, Can you research and use Autodesk-Inventor software to design a food-waste composer? I want the machine to be safe, able to crush leftover bones, no odor, and quiet,” said Rannie, my boss. …show more content…

However, I later realized that I wasn't ready to create a machine that could run properly with Inventor software. I calmed myself and replied him that I wasn't able to fulfill his request due to the lack of engineering knowledge. After a moment of silence, I heard Rannie and other employees laughing at me, and I didn't notice their cunning smiles. Followed by the fall of the laughters, Rannie told me that I didn't have to build a model of food-waste composer but to focus just on designing the crushers inside the machine.
