It’s All About Helping the Little Guys Not all people can be a leader. Not everyone is good at it. But there’s some who are, and they help the “little guys” in life. No matter where you go, there’s always going to be someone above you whether they’re inspirational or the dream-crusher type. What makes leaders famous or infamous, is how they treat the people. And they can do this in many different ways. But the best leader is also a good motivator. If someone tells your dream is crazy and you won’t be able to do it, you probably won’t feel any respect for them. Instead, you’d probably feel sadness and anger towards them. For example, my little brother once told me I would be able to build an Iron Man suit of armour. I felt happy that there was someone who actually believed in me. And I respect him, even though he’s only 7. But that’s the sort of thing you want to find in a leader. Someone who believes in you and will motivate you to achieve that dream. And you, in turn, should respect that person who inspired and believed in you. There are many defining qualities a leader must have, but being a motivator who inspires people is definitely the most important role of a leader.
