I begin with a sunset, as in the poem the sunset is a metaphor for death. I have myself waking up and realizing it was dark as though I am realizing I am close to death. I refuse to accept this getting up and turning on the light. The light is turned off several times and I have to fight to keep it on and keep living. When it stays on l look for what is turning it off I am subsequently chased down the stairs by an ambiguous being or force.
I ran downstairs and went to my front
“WOAH”!! Imma get it Imma get it!! What it do. I’m phil and I’m the flyest ground hog out here. I have my own town called punxsutawney.
In a world where the conditions are sever and provisions are scarce, one is forced to research any way possible to survive. In conditions such as a zombie takeover, medical research is probably the most urgent as it is needed to keep the wellbeing of the community. As a nurse trying to research ways to survive in a zombie apocalypse I used sources that pertained to basic first aid procedures as well as specific articles on how a nurse would survive if the world was all of a sudden overrun by once dead but now living and walking monsters. Due to the nature of the emergency, the education requirements of being in the medical group are basically anyone who has any experience at all with medical procedures and processes.
I’ve seen many of my people fall victim to the brutality of the “Red Death”. The disease continues to inflict blood on even the youngest of children and the oldest of the elders. Along my streets, I see my people lying helpless, suffering from the clutches of the “Red Death” while others have already been taken by it. Nothing that has ever happened in this world, amounts to the devastation that this disease has brought to my kingdom. Nevertheless, I do not fear the disease, and my happiness and joy remain and will remain throughout this epidemic.
With my Hello Kitty bag packed with canned foods, bottled waters, medicine, clothes, and my grandma 's pistol, I would start my journey in surviving the apocalypse. My camp would be set up in my schools JROTC arms room just in case I run out of bullets for my pistol. To keep my sanity I would clutch a picture of my boyfriend to my racing heart, who 's away at a naval base, knowing I have to survive for when he finally makes it home. If I grow tired of canned food, I would venture out into my zombie infested school with my pistol loaded and cocked. If any zombie were brave enough to attack me, I would give them just what they are looking for.
I ran to nowhere and everywhere at once.
Nuff said. Now there are many, many things you need to know, have, and do. To begin with, the most important thing to know: what kind of zombies are they? Is there intent to eat your brain or to eat
When I’m finishing up and my sparks go flying, something flew through onto my level. The other guy went missing and there was a helmet with a trail of blood going up the side of the wall and into the ventilation. I untie my belt and walk across the steel beams. I can see a shadow up there. Blood starts to drip on my shoulder, and as I look up a figure of black with a stained red mouth came at me with the tackle
Session 11: Unit 2, lesson 4. Writing a Memoir 1 The way thing worked out that summer, was wondrous, having to attend this Teen Bible College (TBC) was last minute and I ended up going on the unplanned missionary trip after. Spending a month and half with these fifty-six people you barley met, you become family. Good times and tough times where all there, just somehow we got more and more attached to each other.
No time to think or no time to play, just hide. Being surrounded by many zombies that are eager for one bite of human flesh brought fear upon me. So much adrenaline running all over my system, and only one backpack provided that included one gallon of water, one blanket, one jacket, three vegetable can foods, and one harmful weapon also known as a gun. Knowing that I had to be alert of any sound coming from the front door of the classroom every single second made me learn how to create good reflexes. However, so many ideas of mine written on the board on how to get rid of this whole abomination of zombies, but only having one to choose from made me second guess myself.
It’s interesting how much you can grow when you have too. When you’re parents get divorced, if a sibling or parent dies, or if the only way to survive to either run or fight the horrific creatures that come during the night. Am i talking about Zombies? Sadly yes, and I know you’re thinking well how do they catch you? If i knew I would tell you
The frozen bag of ice vibrated the silent kitchen floor with a metal clank. Ice cubes rapid-ly dispersed throughout the floor. As I viewed the collusion, my dreams were, in a way, shatter-ing like the ice. My dreams were overwhelmed by external forces; it was nearly 100 degrees, and there was a new episode of The Walking Dead. Suddenly, the phone rang.
We're going to die, and that is primary thought that travels through my mind. However, in Alexander High School, staying in the school is the best option. Assuming the virus takes the same effects as from The Walking Dead, the zombies will decompose. The resources here are attainable and plentiful: The cafeteria has frozen and dried foods. Wood-shop not only holds the possibility of weapons, but tools to fix damaged equipment.
