1) I was able to reduce my resting heart rate from a 83 to a 77. When I acheived that it put me from the fair catigory into the fit catigory. I did not set a goal to do this but with the extra cardio that i added to my work out helped me to that outcome. 2) My back flexibilty was a long term goal of mine. I wanted to improve my flexibilty from a 32cm to 37 cm. Unfortunitly I did not make my long term goal, I was one cm off, leveing me with 36cm which is still in the needs work area but i am improving and thats what matters. I believed i reched tht outcome by streching before nd fter my work out. 3) My leg press one rep max went from 205 to 260. I believed I improved this by also doing suats at home 6 to 7 nights a week with 2 sets of 20. I believe I achived this by doing 2 reps each class period 2 times a week. My long term goal was to have a one rep max of 60, unfortunitly I did not achive that goal. 5) My mid row one rep max incressed from 70lbs to 95 lbs.
