I personally believe that my title makes me a manager but people that I am overseen will decide if I am a leader or not. Leadership itself is not about putting magnitude into people, but rather the recognition that the magnitude does exist. My role as a leader is to provide the challenges for my team that would benefit each member, create the nurturing environment and invest my time and effort into each member of my team to inspire that greatness to develop and, hopefully, exceed the expectations. For example, let’s talk about the most important ones like teamwork, vision with humility and passion for integrity. I believe that a team member that makes the team greater is far more valuable than a great member itself because, only by working together, as a team, we can achieve greater outcomes. Working together as a team, in turn, requires active listening and setting goals. Honestly, active listening is a very hard thing to me to do at times. I am still polishing my active listening skills. Setting goals that are achievable and measurable in the team environment is very important for measuring the progress and taking corrective actions, as needed.

Additionally, vision with humility is a gift, the humankind gift. I believe, it is important to practice vision with humility along with recognizing the successes of others, learning from each other and striving to be a better human being. Accepting each failure and success in life is a learning opportunity. That helps me form new skills, understand certain things in life better as well as teaches me to be more patient with myself and others, and, of course, to become more humbleness for the things that I have in my
