Academically, I have always been a very determined and studious individual. I have a broad interest in many subject areas yet feel drawn towards a business course. Business to me is about overcoming challenges and working hard. Many experiences in my own life have reflected these skills, such as being hospitalised during my AS exams, which made me determined to manage my time efficiently so I could complete my A levels and create options for my future.
I want to study Business at degree level because of the complex yet intriguing nature of the topic. I particularly enjoy the way it is incorporated in with everyday issues. Since taking the subject for my studies, my interest has grown and matured due to my experiences after leaving school. I am now able to view businesses analytically, using theory from my A level in Business and Economics, to make suggestions regarding possible improvements.
Marketing always intrigued me and I would love to expand my knowledge.
