Throughout High School I have participated in sports every year sense Middle School in order to be eligible to play we are required to get a physical at our local clinics. My overall health seems to be in good condition according to my doctor I'm healthy as can be. No one is perfect sometimes it's hard to stay on top of our routines. Sometimes it's hard to eat healthy and exercise everyday and sometimes we just give in to Temptation the temptation of eating junk food. Like any other person there are many things we need to improve on things that I need to improve on is to promote a healthy lifestyle if I'm going to be a successful health care worker I need to promote a healthy lifestyle. If a healthcare worker does not promote a healthy lifestyle how are their patients supposed life a healthy life if their own health care worker doesn't even follow through with their own advice.

These are just ate of many qualities that any nurse should possess. Being the oldest of 6 can't I've learned many things and gained many qualities along the way I believe that I possess these qualities not only because I grew up in big family but because throughout life you learn to show compassion to others. You also learn to be dependable to be there when others need help. I've also learned to be kind even to those that show no kindness when you most need it and learn to love others love others not just myself or even my family.
