Studying business management will help me to expand my knowledge on the different aspects of business, from learning the key elements of an organisation, to understanding how to be efficient when managing a team. My interest comes from discovering my passion to manage others. As well as creating new ideas and working towards them. One of my key interests specifically is the psychology aspect of marketing, this is because I find the way it subconsciously persuaders others to make certain decisions, fascinating.

In accounting, the topic of cash flow management was intriguing. I found learning about evaluating different data and suggesting various methods on how to improve finances extremely enjoyable. This enthuses me to find more elements I may find just as gratifying within accounting on the course. Contributing to a group presentation based on stakeholders and their effect on an organisation, I learnt how to improve upon my communication skills. This was done by deliberating my ideas to the group, as well as listening to other members ideas. This was followed by both independent and group presentations. I found the whole experience beneficial, as communicating and presenting are very transferrable skills, assisting me with potential future independent and team based projects on the course.I regard working as a professional footballer as one of my fondest achievements, this is where my high level of professionalism and strong work ethic began. These traits have carried through to my everyday life teaching me valuable life skills. Being the captain I quickly grasped a deep understanding of how to be a good leader.
