After achieving this I hope to obtain both a Master’s and Ph.D in Genetics which will allow me to go into genetic research once I graduate. In addition to earning my degrees I will be taking extra laboratory classes to get a Biotechnology Certificate that will let research companies know that I have extra practice in laboratory research. I also wish to use my Biology degree to get a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling so that I can work not only in research but in helping others with genetic decisions/questions. Professionally, I want to become a Geneticist and/or a Genetic Counselor.
