My goal as an educator is to absorb information from the experience of current professionals, but also study new innovations. I find it imperative to not only continue learning but also enhance the approach in order to discover the greatest ways to teach. Today, our world is continuously being influenced by technology, which has become a huge part of our lives. It is critical to use it to our advantage to advance instructive tactics. I believe it is my responsibility as an educator to expand the learning of students as an experience that will positively transform their lives. I see technology as a protocol tool to make this a reality as it serves as a brilliant way to empower students to become greater than what they envision.

The implementation and use of PowerPoint, social networking sites, emails, computer programs, podcasts, discussion boards, etc. will help foster a comprehensive ecosystem. An example of technology that can be used in the classroom today is YouTube. YouTube is a great way to make a lesson realistic while providing a visual representation for students. The number of ways to apply technology in schools is infinite.

Although incorporating technology in the classroom will be crucial for the learning environment, it will also be necessary for the future. Teaching students with respect to today’s world will not only give them the chance to endure, but the chance to thrive. The overall goal is to give students an accomplished 21st-century education.

Teachers’ encompass a multitude of responsibilities. Being an educator that integrates technology requires an endless amount of adaptation, evaluating the performance of co-workers or students, and leading by example.
