It is a driving force within me to make a difference in someone or anyone’s life. I have hands that were made for helping and as a Health Care Administrator I will have the ability to manage efficiently that will directly affect the quality of care patients receive. Each and every individual has their own reason for pursuing graduate studies. I believe pursuing a graduate degree shows how much a person wants to be successful. Making that choice to take the next step in life shows your ambition; striving for success. Advancing your skills to grow higher in your work place, to gain knowledge for new opportunities or even to seize the opportunity to learn from your professors and classmates, are good reasons to pursue a graduate degree. There are countless health care professionals such as doctors, nurses, and physical therapist that are on the frontline of health care organization. These individuals provide direct care to patients and that is very important. As a health care executive, I want to provide care to patients by managing today’s healthcare organizations. I want to ensure that health care organizations have strong medical, operational and financial ability to serve the needs of patients, their families and their communities. One of the most memorable and proudest accomplishments of my life was earning my bachelor’s degree. Despite all the hardships that were on my path trying to discourage me from pursing my goals, I graduated with my graduating class. Enrolling into college was one amazing choice that I have ever made. I found who I was and what I wanted out of life. My first college experience allowed me to soar. I learned that if I wanted something so badly enough, I will take advantage of going for what I wanted to achieve. I am currently pursing a Master’s of Health Administration (MHA) at the University of Phoenix. My goal is to graduate with honors by the beginning of next year. Once
