Being in the Master of Business Administration Program at Bethel University has been a dream that I have always wanted to fulfill in life. I would like to further my knowledge of how each healthcare segment works, so that I can become a more effective healthcare administration leader. I have always wanted to be an individual who provides assistance to those that are sick in and need a healing. As a result, I would like to supervise and plan the delivery of services that is needed by doctors, technicians, and nurses. Generally speaking, this will give me the knowledge to predict challenges that will come along and know how to implement plans for success in the future. In order to become a great leader I know that I will need to focus on the ever expanding healthcare procedures and policies. So, by advancing my education at Bethel University I will be able to gain the knowledge that is valuable to being successful in today’s society. I strive to become a great leader that has the knowledge and experience in different varieties of settings including health system management, medical groups, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, health insurers and many other health institutions. As an individual that is looking further into furthering my education, I will like to be able to understand the challenges of healthcare, but also the education that is important to be known in business.
