Today at school my class had a sub and our regular teacher said that we can grade our sub. I think that we shouldn’t grade our teachers because having we are going to just keep getting new teachers until we find the perfect one. It’s hard just trying to find a perfect teacher for the class. Here are the reasons why I think we shouldn’t grade our teacher. For those who say paying for good grade is something every parents should do, it is not because kids are being bribed to do well in school.

Though you may be ecstatic at the time, the money you are receiving for your exceptional grades could be harming your own future. If students get paid for excellent grades, students motivation to work without a reward will be lower, which is a valuable skill in life. If students receive money for grades, they may feel pressure to get superb grades and may experience conflict with parents. Also, they may not have enough motivation to see lasting results in the future.
As a student you are assessed everyday based off of almost anything; involving class participation and behavior to turning in assignments and taking exams. It’s common for a student to be inclined to be the one to grade their teachers but, some students haven't been given the opportunity to.
