My resume is included in Part D of this Portfolio. In 1992 when he accepted the position of Call Center Manager with EqualNet, an AT&T reseller based in Houston. Spurred by my motivation and leadership, EqualNet became the number one fastest growing company in Houston with sales from zero to over sixty million dollars annually in just five years. In 1996 I became self-employed and launched my own private call center initiative. I owned and operated a 48 seat call center in Houston which was later sold to Telscape International. My clients included AT&T Distributed Network Service, GTE Exchange, Prodigy Internet, and Vartec Communications, which had direct billing contracts with every major local phone company throughout the United States. My array of industry contacts have increasingly requested I travel to remote call centers to offer my project specific sales training and motivation skills. My call center clients have never failed to achieve profitable sales after following my guidance. I have been the cornerstone to successful call center sales scripting, quality control, and daily maintenance of a multitude of programs and projects in the industry.
