What Kind of Salesperson Would You Be?

Type of Job I Would Want
● If you were to take a sales position which kinds of sales job would you want (Inside, B2B, etc.)?

I would want to work as a Sales consultant or Inside salesperson.

● Out of the jobs you found, within your chosen job type, pick 2-3 that you would (theoretically) like to apply for. Briefly describe each position.

1. Entry Level Inside Sales Rep for Paylocity: For this position the candidate should understand the company service and products. Being able to handle objections and use sales techniques in order to reach the company goals. A candidate should be able to maintain customer relationships, and management database.

2. Sales Consultant for the Cellular Connection: A candidate must meet the goals by selling their products and services to current and prospective customers. Being able to review and complete customer contracts, warranties, handling all administrative aspects of the …show more content…

The primary requirements for the entry level inside sales position at Paylocity are strong written and verbal communications, hard working, ambitious and not afraid of healthy competitions. For the consultant position at TCC, an aspirant has to be able to solve problems, being able to read and interpret documents and decision making.

Some of the requirements I acquired through the classes I took at BSU and in my workplace. I work as a Lab assistant, there are times I have to handle and solve problems, or take difficult decisions that could be against my personal values and ethics. Even though, it's harder for the CEO of any organization, making a wrong decision, it can cost the company a lot of money and time.
