Personal Trainer Philosophy In this philosophy I will talk about the five assessments that every job has. The thing about these assessments is that there is specific skill or skills needed to complete certain jobs. These five assessments are communication skills, human relations, professional dispositions, content knowledge and also pedagogical knowledge. These five assessments are applicable in the personal training field of work. Communication alone is the act of transferring information from one person to another whether it’s through voice, magazine or gestures. It is also the connection between two or more people. To understand human relations how have to realist that everyone has a different situation. People come in different sizes, shapes and abilities. Different people are at different levels in life and that also no two people are the same. When thinking of human relations in the personal trainer field you have to consider their athletic levels and also their disabilities. This is because not everyone will be in the same level as you or as the person next to them. Then you have to consider your clients disabilities, and know what they can and cannot do. I don’t think that race or ethnicity matters in the personal training. It should just be about become fit and establishing a professional relationship with your client. Professional dispositions are beliefs, commitments and professional conduct that will impact the people that you work with. Dispositions are influenced by beliefs. Professional Disposition is important because depending on how motivated you are depends on how motivated the people around you are. So this means that you have to positive in the work place that you are
