To help the homeless people in the community, the community needs to offer them health care services. Another way to help the less fortunate is to take them in and talk to them. The community should build a Homeless shelter for people who are wanting to get back on their feet. With the homeless shelter the community can work together to help them with their future life and prepare them for jobs and housing.
The problem with homelessness is there is people turning to drugs and alcohol to solve the pain so that is where all there money is going that they get. “The homeless population in the U.S is from 250,000 to three million” (Alcohol And Other).Homeless …show more content…

People in the community can build individual relationships and support with families. Build a homeless shelter for the people and provide treatment for them. Go to the people and provide services for them.
Build a homeless shelter spread the word to the homeless people and provide them services to get off drugs and stop drinking alcohol. Help them once they come to the homeless shelter with skills to look for a job. Once they get a job we can start help them look for a house. “Provide services at a Homeless shelter for individuals”(People Institute).Before they get a house they have to have a job for like 4 months and make sure they're fully off drugs and not going to go back to them. If states can start to build houses for ill people then there may be less deaths.“California lawmakers propose to build homes for Homeless people with mental illnesses”(Wells Spencer). Homes for the ill could lead to jobs and a better future for them and the community. The result of this solution will lower the poverty rate. California’s poverty rate is the highest in the country. Building homes for the ill could lead to building homes to other homes for other people so they can get off the streets and get a job and better
