Our bodies are temples and they should be treated as such , our bodies are special and we are going to be in them for a good while , that is why it is imperative that we keep them nice ,fit and healthy. “Texas now has the 11th highest teen obesity rate in the nation , according to The State of Obesity: Better Policies for a Healthier America .Texas’s teen obesity rate is currently 31.9 percent , up from 21.7 percent in 2000 and from 10.7 percent in 1990. U.S teen obesity rates remained mostly steady but high this past year , increasing in Kansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio and Utah remaining”. While this number is decreasing, we all as people need to work together to help insure the safety of these people , thousands of teens and adults die from Heart failure, Diabetes, High blood pressure and High cholesterol.
