Everyone has times when they feel as if they are carrying a great burden of responsibility. These type of thoughts can develop into unbearable emotional strain. When you feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed because of your responsibility level, you need some help with stress management so that you can feel better.
Prepare the day and evening before for what you need for the next day. Taking even the smallest item off of your plate can help reduce your stress immediately. Stress by any other name is not the same, so stop using the word so much! The word works only to constantly remind you how stressed you are; it becomes a new cause of stress. When you speak and think the word all the time, you’ll only end up feeling increased levels of stress.

Read a favorite book, listen to restful music, or just close your eyes and meditate. Having a relaxing bath is an excellent method of allowing your body and brain to properly rest so that stress can be eliminated.
An easy way to let your stress go is to take a few minutes to daydream. Visualize a special place where you want to be, and then let your thoughts wander. You can work through stressful events much easier with this technique.
