There has been a lot of controversy over who is better, Knights or Samurai. I will give you facts about both the Samurai and the Knights and you will decide who is better. I will also tell you what they have in common and the ups and down that both sides have. First of all let's talk about the Knights. Knights have Very Heavy Metal Armor. There were two types of Armor that they would wear. The most common one was the (Plate Armor) it was made out of Metal Or Steel. The Other type of Armor that the Knights wore was The (Chain Mail Armor). Chain Mail was made using thousands of tiny metal rings, that were hooked together to make Full body armor. Some of the weapons that the Knights used were swords or Bows. For example Knights would use the Polearm, Battle Axe, Mace, Longbow, Crossbow, Spear, and a War Hammer. Let's talk about a Knight's view on women. Knights treated women respectfully, for example a knight would marry a woman, and then the knight would always treat her with respect. The Knight would always have to treat the King respectfully and he would ALWAYS Have to stay loyal to the King no matter what. …show more content…

Samurai wore Helmets with empty holders on each side. They also wore a Neck Curtin, Face Masks, Shoulder Guards, and Thigh Guards. Underneath the Samurai’s Armor they wore Kimono. Some of the weapons that the Samurai used were swords. For Example, A Katana, Kama, Teseen, and a Wakizashi. Samurai treated women with almost NO respect at all. Women were almost like slaves. The women had lower rights and could not own property. If a wife was lazy or did not work the Husband has the right to kill her. A samurai also had to EXTREMELY Loyal to the King/Emperor.
