Imagine that your family is living in a country under civil war. You have done nothing wrong to cause such hostility and just want to live and raise your children in peace. People in other nations will not accept you and are stating we don’t want you. America was founded by immigrants, so, why should America not accept people who are in need? Even though people believe that a small portion of refugees are undocumented and are labeled as hostiles, the government should allow refugees into the United States because they are people that are looking for a better life, improve the economy, and can innovate. Refugees are people who have had to flee their country due to some form of persecution and cannot return. They are looking to migrate not only for safety but for better opportunities and lives just as people all around the world do every day. In times of war, there are innocent civilians that are looking for a way out. So, these people leave to find sanctuary.
