Dear,Mr.Mayor, Hello, My name, is Delicia Young, and I’m tremendously pleased with some of the things you have done for the city of Brandon, but I disagree with the Quarry being constructed. My opinion, is the Quarry being built ,is a displeasing idea, because it can have a huge impact on the city if it doesn't succeed as planned. As you stated, we are currently in major debt , and if the Quarry fails, it can put a bad reputation on the city of Brandon, and only put us furthermore in debt.If the Quarry,is to be a success and bring in new people like you want it to be, it can increase the crime rate of the city of Brandon because of the new people who will be coming here. Which can be another way Brandon can get a bad reputation, because of the poverty rate that may increase. You also stated that the other amphitheaters have been a success ,but they were cities that were already known before the amphitheater was built. The city of Brandon, is a small town that is not very known so, the amphitheater can possibly be a fail. The amphitheater, will bring in the most money out of the Quarry, because it will be our biggest attraction, since it can bring in many concerts and etc. Also you stated that our unemployment rate is very low, it can cause the amphitheater to not run smoothly or can cause it to majorly be out of control. Even though there are hotels being built, it may not be enough room for the large crowd to stay. Also, you said there will be another Grocery Store that will be built (i agree, we need another grocery store) but you also stated that there will not be a Mall built , because shopping online, has really been advancing and getting popular.
