No one knows the official date of the earliest business transaction, however business deals have been taking place every day throughout history. Each and every exchange that humans partake in throughout daily life has a direct relation to business. From the earliest forms of currency to modern day money; goods and services are exchanged daily for payment. Without business, along with the successful leaders that implement the businesses strategy, the progression of today's society would have been severely delayed. A company president is an outstanding employee who has gained the experience necessary to be the leader of an organization or institution. The chief executive officer or CEO is the highest ranking member within the company. In some cases the CEO may also hold the title of president as well. Many CEO's are entrepreneurs who have worked to create the business they now manage. The roles of a CEO and president closely relate to each other.
