By managing a learning environment, I will do these following steps. By check the physical space in the classroom, Is the space warm and inviting? Does the room arrangement match my philosophy of learning? Do the students have access to necessary materials? Are the distracting features of a room eliminated? The way I would handle a difficult situation with student is to talk to the student one on one and not in front of everybody. And if it a conflict between two students I will get both sides of the story, and I will figure out what to do with the student.
